Terms of Service

Welcome to GaGa Chat. By creating an account or using the GaGa Chat Android application and related services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. GaGa Chat is operated as a global service and these Terms apply wherever you use it.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service. You must not share your account in a way that compromises the security of other users.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send spam, harass others, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, impersonate others, or violate any applicable law. You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or endanger other users.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the messages, photos, videos and other content you send. You grant us the limited licence needed to transmit, store and deliver that content to your intended recipients. You are responsible for the content you share and must have the right to share it.

4. Calls and messaging

Voice and video calls are provided using third-party real-time infrastructure. Call quality depends on your network and device. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service across every country or network, and messaging delivery may be delayed when a recipient is offline.

5. Payments

If you use wallet or payment features, you agree to the additional terms presented in the app. Payments are final except where required by law. We do not provide cross-border remittance or foreign-exchange services unless a licensed provider is explicitly presented in the app.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend the Service, in whole or in part, for maintenance, security or legal reasons, and may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
